"If you are not totally satisfied with any ShoreTel or Avaya-brand Equipment delivered under this Agreement, Corporate Telecomm will, at your request, replace it without charge with an identical model or, at Corporate Telecomm's option, with Equipment having comparable features and capabilities. This Guarantee applies only to New ShoreTel or Avaya-brand systems purchased from Corporate Telecomm that have been continuously maintained by Corporate Telecomm under a Corporate Telecomm Support Agreement. This Guarantee will be effective for 3 years after installation." |
